By the numbers
The same 119 projects as the galaxy, counted instead of drawn — plus every publicly documented Meta model size on one log-scale timeline. Hover (or tap) anything for details; every chart has a table view.

Total parameters on a log scale. Filled = open weights, hollow = closed or never released. Hover or tap a point; filter by modality; trace the Llama line.

What the world did with it
The charts above count what Meta released. These count what happened next — stars, citations and downloads, read straight from GitHub, Semantic Scholar and Hugging Face. They are refreshed weekly, and every figure below carries the moment it was read.

Most-cited papers
Citations per Semantic Scholar for the catalog's arXiv papers

Most-starred repositories
GitHub stars — several catalog entries share one repository, so each bar names its repo

Counts move, and each is a snapshot. The download and model totals sum Meta's
Hugging Face namespaces, which is a much wider net than the meta-llama org alone — most of the volume is
research checkpoints under facebook, not Llama. Citations come from Semantic Scholar's index, which lags and
misses some venues. Hugging Face downloads count the last 30 days and include automated and derivative traffic. A repository's
stars measure attention, not use. Collected by pulse.json.
