A terminal-based agent for macOS and Linux that plans changes, writes and debugs code across large repos, and keeps multiple specialized background subagents alive throughout a session, using isolated Git worktrees for parallel tasks and an append-only event log for crash-proof resume.

Muse Code is Meta's entry into the terminal coding-agent market against Claude Code and Codex, notable for persistent background subagents, git-worktree isolation and a crash-safe event log.
